The challenge
Reference numbers live inside free text fields, so they cannot be matched, reported on or used to associate records.

How to build it
- 1Enrol records whose free text field may contain the reference.
- 2Add Transform and Map Data and choose Extract with a regular expression.
- 3Enter a pattern such as INV-([0-9]+) and leave the capture group at 1.
- 4Write the extracted reference to a dedicated property.
