Manage Line Items
Manage Line Items operates on the enrolled deal's line items. Add a line item, update every line item or only those matching a filter, or remove them selectively. Available from the Pro plan.
Input fields

Apply a renewal price uplift to every line item

Good to know
- This action enrolls deals; the deal is read from the enrollment.
- Removals delete the line item records; they are not recoverable from the deal.

Remove line items matching the old SKU and add the replacement in the same workflow.

Frequently asked questions
Can I update only some line items on a deal?
Yes. Choose Update line items that match a filter, then filter on any line item property such as hs_sku, and only the matching items are updated.
Can I use a deal property as the new value?
Yes. The New value field accepts a property from the enrolled deal, so you can apply a deal-level uplift or discount across its line items.
Does this action work on contacts or tickets?
No. Line items belong to deals, so the action is only offered in deal-based workflows.
